Here you can see an overview of each phase/group of your development including
• Phase name
• Bedrooms
• Prices From and To
• Number of Units
• Main Image
You also have the ability to
• Edit Phases/Groups
• Add/Delete Images
• Change Main Photo
Adding Phases
Group your Unit Types together in whichever will make most sense to clients and your agents. You can group all the 1 bedroom apartments together, all of the 2 beds etc. You could also group all the first floor apartments together, or all the garden apartments (if they have the same no of bedrooms obviously), this really depends how you are selling them. These unit types will be grouped together on the home page of the Development Showcase, so make sure you are happy with the structure of your Unit Type's before you begin uploading.
Do not group together unit types if they are on different phases of the development e.g. if you have 7 Ground floor garden apartments but 3 are in Phase 1 and 4 are in phase 2, only add 3 unit types in phase 1, you will need to repeat the unit type again for phase 2 properties of the same type
Edit Unit Types
To Edit your phases click on the pen and pad icon to right of the Phase and correct the appropriate fields.
Delete Unit Types
To delete unit type, click on the cross X beside the unit type.
Add Images
To add further photos or media file for a particular unit type, click on the icon of a roll of film and click on the green button marked "add new".
Delete Images
To Delete a photo or media file click on the edit icon (pen and pad) and click on the X beside the photo or resource you would like to exclude.
Change Main Image
To change your main image for a Unit Types, click on the edit button and then the Tick beside the image you would like use
