Help & Support Unit Reservations

A quick overview of your unit reservations, giving you;

  • Reservation Date

  • Unit Reference Number

  • Units Status (reserved/sold)

  • Client Name

  • The Sales Agent

You can control the status of your units/clients and add notes to their files to show how the sale is progressing

To change the status of the client, click on the icon of the pen and pad to the left of the reservation date, you can then select the option most appropriate for this client

To cancel the reservation simply click on the X beside the reservation date and to view the reservation details click on the magnifying glass to left of the edit button.

To add a unit reservation, go to the "Individual Unit" tab on the left hand side and select the unit you would like to amend
