Here You can change the name of your phase/group, click on the pen and pad icon beside the development name, change the name to how you would like it to display and save.
To add a new development, click on the large green "Add New" button.
Add your groups or phases in whichever will make most sense to your agents. If they are being produced in Phases, label them as such. If your agents are currently selling them as Block 1 & Block 2, then maybe you would prefer to display them like this. If they have individual names e.g. Ashton House, Privilage court, then you may want to group them together under the building names.
