Help & Support Management Overview (Key development statistics)

Here you can see a quick overview of the statistics relating to your development showcase account, including; The number of units available, units reserved, new clients, how many approved agents you have to sell your development and how many you have awaiting approval.

To adjust the number of units, you can add further unit types by going to “Unit Types/Groups” in the left hand menu or by going to “individual units” (it is recommended, however, that you add unit types first, so that the system can automatically create the number of individual units needed for you without you having to repeat the process multiple times).

To change the number of units available you will need to have stock management switched on inside of your showcase settings, then go to “individual units”where you can upload further individual units or reserve any units you wish to remove from the market.

You can see your leads and clients by going to “Leads and Clients” in the left hand menu, for further information, please see the helps files contained in that section.

To allow sales agents to sell you development, you will first need to go to“Showcase Settings” and tick the box beside “Allow Sales Agents to Register?” You will then see a new tab appear in the left hand menu “Sales Agents”, inside this section you can now add your sales agents into the system and allow them to reserve units on your development. Agents can also now apply to sell your development and this is where you would approve them, allowing them access to your further sales information.
