Help & Support New Clients

As before, these are leads to accept. Once you have accepted the client, a drop down menu will pop up allowing you to directly allocate internally if you have internal sub users created.

You can either, accept the lead to your account and then reallocate to sub users, or, you can allocate directly. At the bottom of the “New Clients” section you will find a drop down menu with all user names. Select the user you want to allocate the lead to and click on the “Go” button.

If you can see the enquiry is clearly a fake/spam enquiry, then simply hit the reject button.
