Help & Support Clients not Allocated to Sub-Users


To find (or check) which clients are not allocated to any of your sub-users, look below your current clients and you will find a "show leads for" option, simply choose the "All Un-Allocated" option. and all of your unallocated enquiries will appear in the main screen.

To bulk allocate these items to one of your sub-users, tick the check boxes (located beside the view button) on the same line as the clients name of the clients you would like to allocate, once you have done this go to "With selected items:" section below your current clients, select the user you would like to send the leads to and press the allocate button.
