You can sort your clients into Ascending or descending order by ref number, enquiry date, first name, surname, country of interest and status. A new feature of the Enquiry Manager is that you can now sort all of these fields by simply clicking on title (i.e Ref) in the blue box. To change from Ascending to Descending (or vice-verse) simply click again on the heading you wish to change.
One of the sorting fields most commonly used is the Status option, you can then see which clients are Awaiting Action for example, or which are on the status of deposit taken.
