My Purchases:
Purchased Products
By selecting the “My Account” tab and then selecting the “My Purchases” option, you will be shown all of your available purchase options, together with the actual purchase date, the type of product purchased and the option to “Activate” your purchases.
Activating Products
To Activate a purchase, simple select the Activate tab and your product will become activated and ready to use. If you have previously activated the relevant product, the Activate tab will be grayed out and you will not be able to select this.
How you activate each individual product is determined by the product option. Please see below..
Listing Products
Please click on the green “Activate” Button to the right of the product option.
Featured Property
Please click on the green “Activate” Button to the right of the product option. This will take you through to your manage listings page –
Please note: only the properties that are available with this specific product will be shown in the list, all hidden properties and properties that fall under different tier options will be removed from the list. If the property that you would like to feature is not shown in this list, the property is either hidden or you have purchased the wrong tier of featured property for this specific listing.
Once you have chosen your property, you will be taken back to the “purchased products” page where you will need to click on the “use” button to complete the process.

Expired Products
At the top left hand side of the screen you will also see the option to select a tick box which will show all purchases that you have made that have now expired.
Each “page” of this screen shows a maximum of 10 products that you have purchased. To view further purchased products, simply select the relevant page number at the bottom of this screen to be taken to the information.
There is also an option to purchase further products from this screen. To do this, simply select the “Buy a Product” tab on the right hand side in the screen header bar, which will then take you through to the Marketing Product page to select the product you require.
