Help & Support My Orders


My Orders:

To see your order history with Propertyshowrooms.com, click on the “My Account” tab at top of the page select“My Orders” from the drop down selection. These will confirm in green the payments that have been approved or received and are available for use, or in pink and noted as pending payment. You can also see from here the products included within this order


Paying existing orders

To the right hand side of the description, the€ sign is only selectable if the order is pending payment.  Once you click this sign, you will be taken through to the payment screen for payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer (depending on the payment method you choose at the time of purchasing the product).
 

Cancelling Orders

To cancel a pending order from the system,click on the “X” button to the right hand side of the order.  If the order is green and authorized, this button will not be available for selection.

Should you select the “X” button and cancel your order, this will automatically remove the Order from your Account.


Download your invoice

The Paperclip sign offers you the opportunity to print off the Invoice relating to that order, this is again,only available for orders that have been authorized or received. If the order is showing in pink and pending payment, the button is not selectable.
