 Manage Your Property Listings

If you want to amend or check on your listings, click on the top tab entitled “Property Listings” and then select “Manage Your Property Listings” from the drop down menu
A page will appear where all of your property listings on Propertyshowrooms.com will be listed. If you look to the right of each listing, you will see a series of buttons and if you run your cursor slowly over each of these buttons a text box will appear which explains the function of each button (e.g. ‘Edit This Listing’, ‘hide this listing on Propertyshowrooms.com’ ‘Make this listing visible on Propertyshowrooms.com’ *depending on whether the listing is currently visible or hidden, ‘Preview This Listing’ and ‘Enhance this listing by making it a Featured Property’).
If you have a property that you want to change the details of (e.g. the price) click on the ‘Edit This Listing’ and this will take you back to the ‘Add a New Listing’ process (which you will have gone through when you originally uploaded the property. Go through the steps until you find the section that you want to amend, or add to (e.g. some new photos or some information in the description), make the desired changes and continue through to the finish button, where your property will then be saved
Properties are only ever hidden from an agent’s account, rather than deleted, this allows the agent to quickly upload the property if it suddenly becomes available again. Perhaps it is under offer or was removed from the market. If you want a ‘Hidden’ Property to be seen on Propertyshowrooms.com, Click on the “play” button – next to the property that is not visible and this will add the property in to your active listings.
