What does it cost?

Featured properties start from just 15 Euros per month for a tier 4 town level Featured property, going up to a maximum of €200 per month for a Tier 1, country level featured property. Allowing you to choose your level of expenditure and the frequency with which you advertise. Discounts are available for block bookings.

How it works

Town and City Level Featured Properties

If, for example, you book a featured property in the city of New York in the USA, your property would be highlighted at the top of every search made for New York.

Regional Level

If you purchase a featured property at regional level, then your property would be highlighted not just for searches for the City Level of New York, but also for searches in New York County and for New York State! So no matter where anyone is looking in the entire state of New York, they will see your property first, again and again, at the top of the page.

Country Level

If you were to purchase a featured property at country level, your property would feature on all of the search result pages relating to your property, but it would also feature in nearly all of the ancillary pages relating to your country of choice. Pages such the USA home page, Mortgages in USA, Currency exchange in the USA, even pages such as Cuisine in the USA and Driving in the USA, giving your property maximum coverage to anyone who is interested in the areas where your property is located and also to anyone who is researching buying property in the USA.

Examples of exposure

One of our agents recently had a fantastic property on site but was not receiving the enquiries he had hoped for. In the month of August he had just 69 page views for the property, in September we uploaded the property as a featured property at country level and the agent had 1169 page views for the same property leading to 71 enquiries, this was more enquires than he had received in page views the previous month!
