Help & Support Scheduled Items

All of your scheduled call backs are at the bottom of the Ongoing Enquiries section.

To open the prospect as a normal enquiry, simply click on the view button (that looks like a magnifying glass).

To change a scheduled item, without opening the lead, click on the edit button (the sheet of paper with a pencil) and you will be able to quickly change the time, date or notes for your scheduled appointment.
