If you sort by "status" the leads on "awaiting action" will appear after your clients on "appointments booked". These will be your most recent leads.

To make this easier, you  have the ability to allocate to sub-users and to filter to see sub-user accounts, create them in the "user accounts" field of the main page (you will need to log out and back in to activate them) then you can select leads in "active leads" by ticking the boxes, then go to the bottom of the field, click on the "select user" drop down, select who you want to allocate to and click the "allocate" button.

Your sub user then just needs to go to http://agents.propertyshowrooms.com/ Log in with the details you have created for them, and they will be able to see the leads you have allocated to them.

As the master user, you can see all leads and allocate and re-allocate as you wish, you can see the records on any lead you want also.

You can also easily sort your enquiries by clicking on the heading above any field, i.e. Date, First Name, Last Name, email address. This will order the prospects in alphabetical (A-Z) or numerically ascending order (depending on the field), if you click on the heading again it will be sorted by reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) or numerically descending order.
